This 15.7ha site, delivering 86,000sqm GLA with 3,200 car-parking spaces, is located 3.5km outside Varna on the E70 highway.
Traditionally, edge of town schemes have become the ubiquitous spread of retail boxes around the perimeter of a site, with a sea of parking in the centre. BCIdesign worked closely with Tetrareal to create an architectural statement that allows every major retailer to present themselves aggressively to the public. The development makes a powerful retail statement in one of the most important locations on the edge of Varna.
