     This 15.7ha site, delivering 86,000sqm GLA with 3,200 car-parking spaces, is located 3.5km outside Varna on the E70 highway.
Traditionally, edge of town schemes have become the ubiquitous spread of retail boxes around the perimeter of a site, with a sea of parking in the centre. BCIdesign worked closely with Tetrareal to create an architectural statement that allows every major retailer to present themselves aggressively to the public.
