The 13ha mixed use master plan in Dreilini, on the outer ring road in Riga, consisted of 5 dispersed sites separated by existing roads. Although independent uses were designated for each site, the concept joins each together to form a single identity. The scheme included an 80,000sqm combined shopping centre, entertainment centre & retail park, a 125,000sqm business park office space and approximately 3,000 new residential units together with public landscaping concepts and community buildings including primary and secondary schools and a local health centre. The project was delivered by BCIdesign’s directors in Burrows Cave International.
