Ogmios Office City

A masterplan redevelopment of a 14ha site occupying a 370m square city block on the northern edge of the city of Vilnius, on the site of a former military camp where various commercial uses have developed in some of the original buildings and in new buildings with street frontage around the perimeter. The objective was to arrive at a phased Masterplan that would extend the retail profile that is already established and also introduce a major office park with associated entertainment facilities which would become an attraction within the city and extend the occupation of the site into the evening and beyond. The project was delivered by BCIdesign’s directors in Burrows Cave International.
