The Client planned to regenerate an industrial 3ha site into a mixed use development containing primarily residential as well as commercial facilities. In response to the significant demand for modern residential, the proposed master plan delivers a 100,000sqm built urban dense scheme comprising 800 flats, dedicated to young middle class residents as well as offices, retail space, hotel, indoor and outdoor leisure facilities. The scheme has been awarded Planning Permission. The project was delivered by BCIdesign’s directors in Burrows Cave International.
