A residential Masterplan on the outskirts of Riga on an old military base adjacent to existing Category A residential zones. The site benefited from direct access from the motorway between Riga and Tallinn and excellent tram and bus routes.
The project comprised a range of residential accommodation from high-rise apartments to medium-rise mansion blocks to two storey luxury villas. The housing was set in luxuriant landscaped fields and paid homage to the existing luxury villas of the area. The scheme was anchored by a high-density commercial, retail and entertainment centre creating a buffer from the busy motorway. The project was delivered by BCIdesign’s directors in Burrows Cave International.
