Phase 1 of BCIdesign’s Otrada Shopping Park opened in December 2011, comprising 30,000sqm of retail and Moscow’s largest OKAY hypermarket. Phases 2 and 3 are under construction and when complete the scheme will deliver 85,000m2 of covered mall retail. The offer will include a 12,000m2 Hypermarket, a 12,000m2 DIY store, Multi-plex Cinema, Food Court and indoor Aqua Park.
BCIdesign are proud to have provided a full design service on the project, from architecture, interior design, branding, graphic design, commercialisation through to the centres advertising campaign. During construction BCIdesign is providing retail consultancy services.
The site location, very much associated with clean air, good lifestyle and outdoor leisure activities, play an important role in all aspects of the shopping centre including its retail and leisure mix, designed to appeal to young, affluent families in the Mitino area of Moscow.
