Lordship Estates s.r.o brief asked for a major redevelopment of the Hotel Kyiv site and the existing Tesco site in the heart of Bratislava.
The project included a major 50,000sqm shopping centre built around the existing Tesco department store and new anchor tenants. Linked into the body of the centre were two hotels (one 5star luxury and the other 3star traveller) and 35,000sqm of office space divided into three exceptional towers.
The new iconic city development would have breathed new life into this extremely important commuter junction. The project was delivered by BCIdesign’s directors in Burrows Cave International .
