This proposal was shortlisted in a masterplanning competition for the redevelopment of a former tractor factory in Brasov, Romania.
The 123ha Tractorul regeneration project is situated on one of the world’s largest tractor manufacturing sites. BCIdesign created the mixed use urban masterplan to include a large retail park, shopping centre and high street retail, residential, offices and leisure, civil and social buildings. The project was delivered by BCIdesign’s directors in Burrows Cave International.
