A detailed Masterplan prepared for a joint-venture company created between Bank Austria and a local Budapest consortium on the 22ha site on the outskirts of Budapest. The site benefited from direct access from the three major motorways serving Budapest and the south.
The project comprised a major regional shopping centre, a multi-tenanted entertainment centre, a retail outlet centre and a “Fashion valley” type concept serving a 5star resort hotel fronting on to a landscaped water mass, created from an existing creek. The project was delivered by BCIdesign’s directors in Burrows Cave International.
