The high profile conversion of a Grade 2* Listed Building into a flamboyant 4,500sqm casino was undertaken in close collaboration with English Heritage and the Conservation Department of Manchester City Council,
Within the traditional industrial brickwork and steel structure, Manchester 235 is an eye-catching mixture of modern and cool interiors complemented by a dramatic lighting set. The facility boasts restaurants, bars, casino, electronic gaming and poker rooms. The split level casino is looked over by the very popular VIP lounge and its private dining room.
The project was originally delivered by BCIdesign’s directors in Burrows Cave International and BCIdesign continue to provide design support services for this project and London Clubs International’s estate portfolio generally.
